Francisca is a Nigerian baker. She lives on Staten Island in New York City. She is a graduate of Public Administration and also has an MPA. Francisca started baking as a passion and has been in the baking business since 2016. Her passion for baking made her establish Tehillah Party Concepts. Tehillah Party Concepts is duly registered in New York State. Francisca is certified to handle food and is also a member of the international Association of Professional Bakery Owners.
Our signature recipe which is the traditional Nigerian cake is top notch, and we continue to innovate and create new flavors and designs.
